Is counseling really free?

Yes, I am offering free counseling to people who can benefit from it. Please contact me to see if you qualify. All sessions are at an affordable rate. Mental wellness can change lives, relationships, and health. There is a ripple effect when positive changes happen in an individual’s life flowing to family, community, society, and the world. 

Where do you see clients?

I see clients in Colorado due to licensing requirements. Telehealth sessions increase accessibility. I want to make counseling as easy as possible. Life can be difficult sometimes, and being in counseling doesn’t need to be an added burden. There are appointments available at night and on the weekend.

What is a counselor-in-training?

A counselor-in-training is an individual in graduate school for a degree in counseling. I see clients under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor. All counselors, even ones that graduated long ago, typically have a supervisor that they consult at times. Sometimes two heads are better than one. 

Why should I see a counselor-in-training?

A counselor-in-training has the most up-to-date training available. I am learning about the most recent concepts, skills, and resources. Many things that have changed in the last few years, especially with Coronavirus. Many have faced life transitions, health challenges, and relationship shifts.
